Surveillance Systems


Tipsite offers both DVR and PC based recording, multi‑channel video surveillance systems that utilises the most advanced hardware digital video encoding technologies to give you the highest picture quality and video performance. Up to 64 cameras can be connected and viewed live on a local monitor screen or via a TCP/IP network. Video can be recorded based on specifiable and configurable schedules, alarm input contacts or motion detection. You can store video clips in HDD or any optical storage device by using the backup application.


The software/hardware can be purchased to suit 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 channels with full options to upgrade at a later date.


The hardware is also modular and comes in a 4,8,16,32 port capture cards/DVR. This means that initially only 8 cameras are needed, but offers the possibility of purchasing an 8 channel board and an additional 4 or 8 channel board. Most waste facilities are well handled by a 16-channel system, but if budget constraints do not allow this as an initial system an 8 channel one can nevertheless be similarly effective.

  • Watermarking of images to confirm that they are as initially seen by the camera
  • Full‑duplex voice communication
  • Audio Recording: Max 64channels ie 1 for each camera.

  • Schedule Recording: Time, Day, Week and public holiday configurations.
  • Motion Detection, Sensor, Continuous, Manual Recording
  • User selectable camera zone coverage with motion detection and sensitivity control.

  • Pan / Tilt / Zoom controls to suit most common cameras.
  • Remote Access Via Modem, Internet (any computer linked to the web), or Local Area Network From Any Computer
  • Remote search, recording and playback 16 camera simultaneous remote viewing by web browser and remote software.
  • Simple Time Bar double search Mode with Smart search and Bookmark functions
  • Date & note stamping on video playback and video backup
